Hi, fellow board members
I have 2 f/u items:
1. re: BCA awards---the checks are written to the institution of higher
learning
2. manpower to cook pig---Carl Spearman, who lives on the corner of Supplee
and Lincoln Aves., will be on the cooking team. He also would like to be
put on the Neighbors Mailing List (cspearmanjr@xxxxxxxxx), and is looking
forward to WECA communications. I'll send Arthur a note to let him know.
(As an aside... he already knew about the roasting of the pig, and actually
pnamed one person we/I did not know about who is planning to help. It
seems like this has been a subject of robust conversation. So, there is a
buzz among neighbors about the upcoming Gala. This is a good thing.)
