There's no hard and fast rules for what each title does. Also, don't forget "content producer" --I would say that's even more common than "creative producer" but it's basically the same. It's more of an editorial producer. These titles got kinda messed with when people from telelvision transferred over into web and journalists as well...if you know what I mean. Then, a lot of web producers only do technical, but some do the creative.
