[wdmaudiodev] Volume level basic-support query

Consider a Volume Control with values in the following ranges:
* -70dB to -40dB in steps of 3dB
* -40dB to -20dB in steps of 2dB
* -20dB to 0dB in steps of 1dB
How can these ranges be represented in the
KSPROPERTY_DESCRIPTION/KSPROPERTY_MEMBERSHEADER/KSPROPERTY_STEPPING_LONG
structures for:
(1) a mono/stereo node
(2) a multi-channel node
