[wdmaudiodev] No property page appears with sysfx reuse swap example

I've built the sysfx swap example described in the "Reusing Windows Vista Audio
System Effects" document, and following the instructions in the readme.txt file
I've made the necessary registry modifications to allow it to function with my
current audio driver, and I copied the swapapo.dll file into \windows\system32
and used regsvr32.exe on it.

I also made the registry change to allow unsigned drivers to run.

The swap audio processing is occurring, and the log file that it generates
looks ok, some Initialize messages and then a bunch of "swap last" statements
showing the audio is getting processed by the swap function.

But I can't get the property page that is supposed to be controlling the swap
example to appear. The the property page that comes up for the device is just
the original one, the extra controls to turn swap on and off aren't there.

Is there another registry entry that has to be modified to allow the swap
property page to function, or is some other setup needed?

Thanks,

Paul T.
