Andrew,

No specific reason I can point to would add to the latency of the
capture when simultaneously rendering. My best guess is overhead due to
the use of use of multiple endpoints at one time but that is just a
guess. I will need to experiment to verify this.

The explanation makes sense to me; thanks. Is there any reason why one
might expect the numbers to be higher when render and capture are
combined? It seemed tighter when I just hooked up one direction, but
there
may have been factors beside usbaudio.sys...
