Hmm, it's been 10 years since I tried this. It looks like you've done
everything properly; the header clearly says it's a checked build of the OS.
I suggest you post this on the [ntdev] mailing list. You might
accidentally hook a Microsoft WDK developer. Maybe they're now putting
that information in the ETW logs instead.
Interesting side note: searching the web for "ks.dumplog" ended up
producing a link to a page about a truck "dump" in Wichita "KS" that
does "log" hauling.
