[wdmaudiodev] Audio Capture Sources 64-bit Server 2003

Can anybody tell me what the magic INF settings are to get an audio
capture device to show up in the Audio Capture Sources category on
Server 2003 64-bit? My installer works great for 32-bit XP, Server
2003, Vista, and 64-bit XP.
