Good exercise for the here and now:

A coping strategy called “5 Things”…you stop what you are doing and name 5
things you can SEE, 5 things you SMELL, 5 things you TASTE, 5 things you
HEAR and 5 things you TOUCH."

Good to keep you from worrying about the future, or things you can't
control.
