A brown male dog, older, brown with no collar, looks like a puggle, found
on Richmond Road this afternoon around 2:30 p.m.
He is a sweet little old man, seems docile and friendly, and was just
standing in the middle of the road near 333 Richmond Road.
If anyone has any idea to whom this dog may belong, please let me know!
