*This is an update about where we are with donations and coordination for
tomorrow afternoon's reception at the WCS.*
*Foods that have been donated by folks who have written to or spoken with
me so far:*
-orange wedges
-watermelon
-fruit salad
-5 dozen finger roll sandwiches
-4 blocks of cheese and several boxes of crackers
-large container of chocolate chip cookies
-large tray of cookie bars
-fruit bars
-almond bars/cookies
-brownies
-apple cake
-oatmeal raisin cookies
-oatmeal chocolate chip cookies
-coconut rolled dates
-lemonade mix
-some paper-goods (napkins)
-flowers
*Items that are needed:*
raspberry sherbet for punch
paper plates
more flowers that can be divided for each table
half and half and milk for coffee
teas
more sandwiches and vegetable options
vegetarian lunch type finger foods
coffee
hot and cold drink cups
*Drop offs:*
You can drop off in our mudroom today or tomorrow morning.
Diana Tandy will be at the school early tomorrow and I will be there by 11
so drop offs at the school work also.
Diana has also offered to receive drop offs at the town hall today before
3:00.
