I'd like to share some important information regarding the Tax Collectors
office.
Real Estate and Personal Property Taxes are Due
Demands have been sent for Outstanding Motor Vehicle Excise Bills
ADDITIONAL HOURS
The Tax Collectors office will have additional office hours this Friday March
31st from 4 -7 to accommodate those who need to pay their Taxes. All Real
Estate and Personal Property taxes must be paid by April 3rd.
TAX COLLECTOR OFFICE HOURS
Many people have asked about my office hours. In addition to Mondays I also
offer hours on Thursdays. My hours are as follows:
MONDAYS 11-2, 3-6
THURSDAYS 11-2

If you need to contact me please stop in during my office hours, call the
office at 978 544-3845 or email me collector@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.
PAYMENT INFO.
Remember that the black mailbox in front of the town hall can be used to drop
off payments 24 hours a day.
If you want confirmation your payment was received you can call the office and
I can verbally tell you or please feel free to include a self addressed stamped
envelope with your payment and I will return a receipt to you. (This is a much
more efficient process then sending payments certified through the mail)
OFFICE CLOSURE:
The office will be closed Monday April 10th. There will be no appointment hours
offered Friday April 7th - Wednesday April 12th.
I look forward to seeing you Thursday April 13th during my regular office hours.
