Regarding dog and cat bites, if the skin is broken whenever a dog or cat
scratches or bites a person or another domestic animal, it must be
reported to the Inspector of Animals at 978-544-3402.
There is State-mandated paperwork that must be done, but I cannot do my
job if I am not informed that an incident occurred.
