Many people aren’t going out and about, to see info posted in the center; I’ve
only been up twice in 2 weeks, and once was the dump. Another idea to contact
is: once the groups. neighborhoods are set, maybe emails can go out to those
in town with emails, and either phone calls or a note in someone’s mailbox, via
mail or hand delivery. Also, remember some folks aren’t opening their mail
until it sits a couple days.
