COVID19 Vaccination
Heywood Healthcare Phase 1 Clinics: Heywood Healthcare has a limited number of
the Moderna Vaccines available to those who are listed as Phase 1 priority
target populations. If you are in Phase 1 (Please carefully review
eligibility), you may visit the Athol or Heywood Websites
(www.heywood.org/COVID19Vaccine) to sign up for the Moderna Vaccine being
offered on the following dates.
Thursday, January 28th 7 AM - 10 AM - Athol Hospital
Monday, February 1st 10 AM - 12 PM - Heywood Hospital (Location: Cardiology
Department)
Registrants will be required to show proof of Phase 1 status.
