 The Selectboard is the overseeing body of the Warwick Broadband Service.
It is imperative that the Board has all available information regarding the
operation of the business including any problems experienced by customers.

Certainly, should a customer have any sort of issue with the service
provided by WBS, it is necessary that the WBS be made aware of it. If
there is no knowledge of a problem it is exceedingly difficult to address
that problem.

By calling 413-676-9544 there may be a message that informs the caller
about the current problem that customers may be experiencing. Callers
should also leave a message, that will then be disseminated to the proper
technicians for repair.
