Each instrument and dance represent forces of nature in this celebration of the Spirit of “the Thunders.” Prepare to be amazed as this high-energy five-person Native American ensemble uses dance, music, storytelling, sign language and audience interaction to conjure up thunder, wind, rain and lightning.

Hand-N-Hand of Northeastern Wisconsin, Inc. is pleased to send out the following announcements!!!!

Hand-N-Hand playgroup schedule: July to December 2007
Hand-N-Hand offers a weekly playgroup for children who are deaf and hard of hearing ages birth to five and their families as well as parent and community education classes.

July 17th, 24th, 31st ~ No Sessions 7/03/07 or 7/10/07~
August 7th, 14th, 28th ~No Session 8/21/07~
September 4th, 11th, 18th, 25th
October 2nd, 9th, 16th, 23rd, 30th
November 6th, 13th, 20th, 27th
December 11th, 18th ~No Sessions 12/04/07 or 12/25/07~Happy Holidays!

Hand-N-Hand Thursday Playdates schedule:
Hand-N-Hand has scheduled seven outings throughout the summer months. We will meet on Thursday mornings at 10:00 a.m. at a different location each week for a time of fun and relaxed play! Bring a bag lunch to hang out and socialize afterwards! These outings are for HNH families and anyone else who may be interested in joining us.

Intermediate Sign Language class: July 31- September 25
Throughout this 8-week class, Janine Zuiches, Educational Interpreter, will use her experience in teaching sign language classes at Hand-N-Hand and Moraine Park Technical College to teach individuals sign language at an intermediate level.

Playgroups and parent and community education classes are offered on Tuesday nights from 6:00 pm – 7:30 pm. at 411 St. John Street in Green Bay. This is located on the corner of St. John St. & Jefferson St. inside St. John’s School.

Hand-N-Hand of NEW, Inc. will continue to sponsor parent and community education events throughout the year. Information will be sent accordingly.
