================================================ WADNet Editor Message: WADNet Post ChangeThe last two weeks it came to my attention that some WADNet post subscribers were not getting any posts in their email.
Tracked down the problem to some ISPs mail servers wrongly marking those posts as "spam" and not sending them on to subscribers. Spam has been a big problem for many ISPs, and their solution is tighter anti-spam rules on mail servers - the ISPs are doing the best they can, but it causes problems for people sending email that is NOT really spam.
I want to try something different I am setting up a blog for WADNet Post with "categories" you can choose read: General News, SE WI News, Open Captioned Update, etc. You don't have to read all the posts if you don't want to, and you won't get a bunch of posts you don't want to read.
Each week on Monday and Tuesday nights, I will update the blog with the posts you, the WADNet Post contributors, send in.
For the first couple of weeks, I will send out WADNet Post notices to tell you the WADNet Post Blog has news for you to read.
I may add RSS feed to the blog, if I get enough requests for it from readers.
Please be patient while I finish setting up the blog and getting this week's posts uploaded.

Please contact the WADNet Post Editor if you have any questions.TO RECEIVE WADNET POST IN DIGEST MODE: To start receiving WADNet Posts in digest mode, simply send an email to wadnetpost-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx with "set digest" in the subject line. Leave the body of the email blank. You should get a confirmation saying "set digest" and "Flag successfully set". After that, you will start receiving WADNet Post in digest instead of separate emails for each post.
TO STOP DIGEST AND GO BACK TO NORMAL EMAIL: Send an email to wadnetpost-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx with "unset digest" in the subject line. Leave the body of the email blank. You will get a confirmation showing "unset digest" and "Flag successfully set". And you'll go back to receiving normal emails from WADNet Post. TO GO ON VACATION: To set your WADNet Post subscription status to "vacation mode", simply send an email to wadnetpost-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx with "set vacation" in the subject line. Leave the body of the email blank. You should get a confirmation saying "set vacation" and "Flag successfully set". The system will stop sending you email. TO CHANGE BACK FROM VACATION MODE: To set your WADNet Post subscription status back to normal, simply send an email to wadnetpost-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx with "unset vacation" in the subject line. Leave the body of the email blank. You should get a confirmation saying something like "Flag successfully set". The system will start sending you email again as normal. TO UNSUBSCRIBE from the WADNet Post, send an email to wadnetpost-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx with 'unsubscribe' in the Subject field.
