Ya that was me.
Yes I have a new girlfriend and yes she takes up alot of time, not that i'm
complianing though!
The house is about 1200sq/ft, 3 bedroom 1 1/2 bath's. They also get a ton of
storage and laundry downstairs, I have the other half but I am hardly here
(about 2 hour's max after work then i'm gone again for the night). The yard is
fenced on 1/2 and 6 foot hedge around the rest, pretty private for a corner
lot.
It's about 7km from downtown, takes about 5 min. to get there (just down
Memorial) and about 10-15 min max to get to the foothills industrial park.
Anyways, if this sounds good tell them to call me, 612-1307.
Ohh and i'm asking $900/month + their share of Util's but if they want to do
the yardwork we can work on something...
