Good question. I, a non-attorney would say no, because we are not using them to
directly sell a particular product or service (commercial use). The photos
would be used to document the studio tour, journalistically as it is a publicly
accessible event. It’s polite to ask if one’s picture can be taken, but not
required, especially if the property owner is taking the photo.
