I have been asked to post the attached job announcement for a Living
Skills Instructor at the Birmingham VA.

First and foremost, the management, staff, and working conditions are
top notch here at the VA Southeastern Blind Rehabilitation Center in
Birmingham.

The city of Birmingham is located at the foothills of the Appalachian
Mountains. Blessed with a great subtropical climate (it's 71 degrees
today!),it also offers the best of all worlds in weather. You can golf
practically the year-round and enjoy the outdoors through all of the
four magnificent seasons. Great shopping, culture, museums, music, and
recreation abound!
The housing market and cost of living are among the most affordable in
the Southeast. Area schools are nationally recognized among the nation's
best and the quality of healthcare is among the best in the nation.

Check out the Birmingham Chamber of Commerce to find out more about our
beautiful diverse city.
