The Penn-Del AER Vision Conference provides a nationally-respected venue
for professionals in the vision field to share their knowledge and
experience with colleagues. Our conference is designed to provide
information for a wide range of issues that face professionals serving
children and adults who are blind or visually impaired.
This Call for Presentations invites you to submit proposals for concurrent
or poster presentations that detail innovative programs, creative
techniques, research results or design, employment strategies, and
effective practices in education and rehabilitation of individuals who are
blind or visually impaired. We strongly encourage you to share your
expertise and insights by presenting a concurrent session or a poster
presentation.
In addition to the rewarding experience of sharing ideas, presenters can
gain professional development credit from the Academy for Certification of
Vision Rehabilitation & Education Professionals (ACVREP). Presenters can
also gain credit for Act 48 (Pennsylvania) for their preparation of a
presentation.
*A $100.00 honorarium will be awarded for each accepted concurrent
presentation, and a $50.00 honorarium will be awarded for each accepted
poster presentation!*

The Call for Presentations, which includes the submission form, is
attached. It is also posted on the Penn-Del AER Chapter website at
www.penn-delaer.org.
Please complete the Call for Presentations submission form and *submit no
later than November 16, 2012.* The Conference Committee will notify
accepted speakers by January 15, 2013.
