Folks at the Blind VA have developed a pretty comprehensive curriculum
for teaching iOS devices with VoiceOver and Zoom.

Subject: [visionrehabtherapist] iOS curriculum

Does anyone know of an iOS curriculum (iPhone and/or iPad) that has
already been developed specifically for visually impaired users? Of
course I know about the information Apple provides, and I have recently
purchased "Getting Started with the iPhone," but I am wondering if any
instructors or centers have developed an actual curriculum (manual,
lesson plans, etc.) for teaching the iPhone or iPad to visually impaired
consumers.
