[visionegg] response controller with no parallel port

Hi,
I was just going through the demos and found that in the
demo_keyboardresponse.py the import of ResponseControl requires
DaqLPT which requires a parallel port. This is frustrating for those
without a parallel port trying to use this controller. I don't know
the best way to handle this, I think an ifdef would be handy but
right now I'm just commenting it out.
