The village trouble maker has arived
Hi again everyone, sorry that I’ve been unable to send in all my problems for a
while, don’t worry I have a lot of catching up to do.
today how ever, I’m asking about periferals.
so I read that the x touch by behringer is good with samplitude, some
confirmation of this would be helpful and pointers on how to get it up and
running would be great as well. I’ve not baught it yet but a short audio
recording of how someone of our stature uses it would be more than enough to
confirm my desition to buy it.
The other thing I’d like to know is of a usb audio interface:
I like having some controls on the interface, so interface/ mixer combo. I know
of the presonus ar1200, has anyone used this yet, I’ve been getting mixed
reviews. I know that the safire products are great with us. are there any of
the safire products able to accomplish what I’m asking for.
I’ll be able to spend around 500 USD on this.
I need something that’s very clean in the preamps, nice and accessible in its
control pannel, and hopefully has some mixer capabilities on it. looking to
connect about 4 xlr microphones, fanthum power. could use 2 or 4 1/4 inputs as
well, nice clean outputs, xlr prefered, must be USB though, not USB powered or
anything like that, just has to connect to my system through USB as opposed to
firewire or any thing outside of USB.
Please assist me with these quaries because I’m having the opportunity to take
my studio to the next level, and I’d like to get the best within my price
range, and black friday is upon us, so I’d like to take advantage of this.
