[vipaudioaccess] exposing Asio inputs & Outputs in windows.

Hello Folks:

 

I have a Focusrite Saffire pro 40 soundcard and I would like to access all
of the inputs and outputs in Windows.

.  My problem is that, though the pro40 does support WDM, only 1 pair of
outputs and inputs are made available.

 

Does anyone know of a way to expose all of the outputs and inputs to
windows.
