number with and without the dash ("-") character, neither one works.

But I have checked the serial number here and it is a non used upgrade
serial
to Samplitude Pro X3 Sutie which should work. Problem could be that you
clicked "full version" instead of "upgrade" when you install. Or you have
installed
the Pro X3 instead of the Pro X3 Sutie by mistake may be ? One more reason
could be the wrong login. Your login should be made here:

Dear Mr. Schedlinski:
I was given your email address by Mr. Can Kirca, who said you were very
helpful in assisting him to solve a problem which appears to be very similar
to mine. Here is my situation.
I purchased Samplitude Pro X3 as an upgrade on November 16. My order number
is 20161116010461586MXC. The box package came Saturday, and I have been
trying to install it ever since. I am having a problem with the serial
number on Disc #1. I opened a support ticket yesterday
[Ticket#2016112117010967]. Someone at the office where the telephone number
is in the U.S. sent me an email saying I should remove the license key in
the Windows Registry for Sony Creative Software Sound Forge 11. I did that,
but I still cannot use the serial number. I made a second call to the U.S.
technical support telephone number and was told I have to register the
serial number on the Magix Website before I can register the product on my
computer. I logged into my account, sm@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx, and tried to do this,
but the Website says the serial number I am using is not a valid serial
number. That serial number is:
P2-28608-29319-97887-70145-14782-00123
