For anyone who got a box upgrade, I just discovered tonight, through
the kind assistance of my long-suffering wife and TeamViewer, that
there are three buttons on the activation screen that no screenreader
can find. They are labeled:
. Samplitude Pro X2 is installed on this computer
. Samplitude Pro X2 is installed with a CodeMeter dongle
. Samplitude Pro X2 is not installed on this computer
The first button was clicked, and JAWS focused to it. Then the
"Continue activation" button was clicked, the screen went away, and I
was kicked back to the Desktop.
I have two alarms set to awaken me at four a.m. Eastern Time tomorrow
so I can call the real technical support number in Germany and get
this **** worked out.
