Yes haven't purchased plug-ins in quite a while here as figure that it's

totally Inaccessible. Once installed, you can use them the usual way.

I got the answer, for those interested.
When you insert an audio plug-in onto an audio track, it will then
appear as a destination choice (or output) for any MIDI track. So
there you go, you select your plug-in and your done.
