Hi All,
I finally got Samplitude Pro X 3 Suite installed after some to'ing and
throwing with support, as documented here before
much of the problems have been caused by the fact that it was an ongoing
upgrade from Samplitude Pro X 2 to Samplitude Pro X 3 to Samplitude Pro
X3 Suite.
I was advised to run an MX Helper executable after initial installation
which regressed the install to behave as if it were a full first time
installation and negated the need for previous serial numbers.
So now all done, and I let it update itself to the latest patch which I
assume the current/next scripts will use.
As per the discussion on WeChat the rather agressive Magix ASIO driver
has wrapped itself around other audio drivers, I'm only currently
intending to run on a laptop at the moment which also has Sonar
installed, I've now memorised the keystrokes required to get JAWS
talking again as it gets silenced everytime I load Sonar,but is fine
within Samplitude (maybe their driver has been programmed to take out
the opposition!).
Anyway got there in the end!
