rave, and carry on, whack your delete key now. LOL.
Jim Roseberry has provided you an image of your system, as delivered.
However, and this drives me crazy about old Jim, the software he uses
to create this backup is not accessible, so if ever you want to
restore your system back to the way it was on the day you unpacked it,
you can't do so accessibly.
Therefore, run, don't walk, to http://www.terabyteunlimited.com and
buy yourself a copy of Terabyte Drive Image. I think it's less than
fifty dollars. It'll be the best less-than fifty bucks you could
possibly have spent on insurance for your new system because if you
ever get into a situation where you installed something that broke
something else, you can put things back the way they were totally
accessibly. I'm happy to show you how to set it all up and make your
first backup once you install and license it. Works with any
screenreader, no special bolted-on script solution required.
Another thing you'll need is a Talking Windows Pre-installation
environment, also known as a TWPE, which you can get from
http://www.opopanax.net/downloads. I'll show you how to use that, too.
With these two tools, you can recover from any badness that happens.

As you know, I finally have the new DAW. Samplitude Pro X2 standard and Pro
X3 Suite were installed by Jim Rosebarry. But, as far as I know, he did not
install Samplitude Access or HSC. I have downloaded both. I have installed
HSC on my computer. But I have not connected HSC to either Samplitude Pro
X2 Standard, or Pro X3 Suite. I'm afraid of installing anything in the
wrong order and causing a situation where I would have to take things apart
and put them together.
Further, I just opened Samplitude Pro X3 Suite and saw a message come up
saying that there is a major update. The version of Pro X3 on my system is:
14.01.35 (DC2)
I'm hesitant to perform the update until I know whether Samplitdue and
Access and HSC have been installed and are functioning under the current
build.
I wonder if anyone would be willing to help me configure all this so I don't
make a horrendous mistake.
