Hi Neville. Regarding Melodyne, you said:
"I would even be willing to pay extra to have this done. I believe also that
these Scripps have a feature which allows additional functionality for
third-party applications. If this is so, hopefully, it will not be too
difficult to add accessibility for Melodyne."
I'm just wondering what you mean by this? I have no idea what you're getting at?
Anyway, I've just about finished an add on set of scripts that work with the
Melodyne Essential version we get bundled with samplitude Suite, so your wish
may come true lol. It's only for this version, as it hasn't been done before
and it can do the majority of things a user would want, even though I'm aware
of the bigger versions.
Another added bonus is that the Melodyne Essential 4 version we get can be
upgraded to the latest V5 for free in your Celemony account. Also, this will be
specifically for ARA integration in Samplitude, which gives a fantastic
workflow, as you can only apply it to an object if you wish. For example, if
you don't want to correct something in the full track, simply split out the
section and apply Melodyne to that section. Of course, this means you can work
with material from within Samplitude, no need to render a file out, bring it
into the stand alone Melodyne and then export it out again and back into
samplitude.
I'll keep people informed about it, but basically, as it's an add on, you
simply put the scripts into your ENU folder and all will work. BTW, this will
be something users would need to purchase, so it won't be part of the main
scripts.

hey JP, what does the remix agent really do? I have never had to use it in my
line of work.
also, since we are talking about wish list for the next Scripps, would love it
if Melodyne accessibility could be implemented. That would be a great thing.
I would even be willing to pay extra to have this done. I believe also that
these Scripps have a feature which allows additional functionality for
third-party applications. If this is so, hopefully, it will not be too

May the Peace of God which passes all understanding guard your heart and mind
in Christ Jesus.

Hi Steve, if you look at Samplitude's help, the remix agent is a really
powerful Tempo detection tool indeed, And far more accurate than using tap
tempo. However, some of its parameters are not accessible yet. I tried to use
it by exploring its dialogues with the Jaws cursor, but I have a hard time
making sense of what I see. I would love to have it scripted, and would
gladly help you with my sighted assistant if you need.
All the best,
