it may not be.
I just resent having it around and want to get rid of it.

Chris and all,

Again, while I hear the Magix Low Latency Driver mentioned when Sonar 8.5 boots up, it is unselected under Drivers in SOnAR and I’m not aware that it’s actually being used by any program. So, aside from that annoying JAWS reference, it doesn’t appear to have any impact on me under Windows 7. How would I know that this driver is messing things up?

Ok folks.

How do I go about killing off the Magix Low latency Driver?
I tried deleting it's key and sub-keys in the registry under currentuser/software/magix but it's still showing up as an option in Sound forge 11, Samplitude, etc. Where else is this little nasty hiding out?

Chris
