I’m aware that there’s another version, but haven’t looked at it yet. I would
advise staying with 5.5 until the bugs have been sorted, then I’ll get my head
around getting that version up and running.
Chris, regarding Absynth and FM8 . Now that HSC has been sorted, I can
hopefully get them done for Samplitude, but until I’ve tried it, I’m not sure
if it will be successful. Stay tuned, because Phil has the HSC version at the
moment, so not sure if he’s tried it out. Steve.

I'll let Steve himself answer this, however I'll throw my two pennies worth in,
from what I gather from various forums and Facebook groups there are one or two
issues with the latest 5.6 version of Kontakt, some developers are continuing
to write their libraries for the previous version.
There may even be a GUI re-design which would almost certainly affect HSC
access, as the current Samplitude HSC version is slightly more limited at
present than it's Sonar predecessor there wouldn't be any advantages in
upgrading to Kontakt 5.6 especially if all your current libraries are working
fine as they are.
Steve is there an eventual plan to port Absynth over to a Samplitude HSC set?,
I love and use this synth a fair bit and have bought a fair few libraries for
it (FM8 too!) I'm sure your to-do list is several miles long!.
