The activation went perfect, but now I have a question. Where do I go
to get the Independence 3.3 plugin? I expected to find an entry on the
Help menu called "Download instruments and sounds" just like in X2.
The only thing there is an entry called "Download more instruments"
which takes me to the Magix Website to buy things, none of which are
for X3 anyway. There is a disc in the package called "Samplitude
additional content," there's an installer for it, I ran it, it said it
installed some stuff, but I'll be darned if I know what that was, or
where to find it.
Since I have a full serial number now, I'm quite seriously thinking of
rolling my system back, removing X2 entirely, then installing X3 Suite
as the new full installation for which I have the serial number. What
do you all think?
