Hi Jeremy,
Yes Omnisphere and Kontakt is accessible within Samplitude via HSC sets
for Windows 7 (I believe Win 10 versions are imminent).
The other method to access Omnisphere and all Native Instruments soft
synths in both Windows 7 and Windows 10 is by using Komplete Kontrol,
however you will need one of their S series keyboards to do this.
