Hi lucky. Make sure the hole track is selected. Then press control c to copy
and then go to second track and press control v to paste. As simple as that.
But hole track 1 must be selected.

Subject: [vipaudioaccess] Copying midi data from one track to another
Hello guys
I have recorded rhitm guitar on 1 track but since I need this in stereo I
have to have same midi data on one more track. Is there a way to copy midi
data from 1 track to another then just I would pan these two tracks to left
and right to make it stereo or I have to export midi from one track then
import to another?
