when in the window of the plugin try alt+l and hit enter on parameters
or while in the plugin window try alt+p to bring up the list of parameters.

I've obviously forgotten a keystroke, and I can't find it anywhere in help.
I have a VST effect inserted on a track, in this case, the vintage
limiter from Ozone 7 Advanced. I can't remember how to get into the
list of editable parameters.
I go into Effects mode with F10, arrow to the effect, and hit ENTER.
But then what? I don't find myself in a list of parameters.
What am I forgetting?
