Dear Susan, Don't know. Probably just JAWS being tempramental. Try pressing Ins+Esc. Or quit JAWS and start him up again. Or make sure the Ins key isn't sticking. Speaking of sticky keys, make sure you haven't accidentally turned on one of the Accessibility Options. Failing that, press F6 until you hear JAWS say Address Edit. Then press Home to move the cursor to the start of the URL. Next, press Shift+End to select the web address and Ctrl+C to copy to the clipboard. Hope this helps, good luck, John
