Ahoy Susan

Prior to using the short cut keys for subtraction, multiplication or
division, you must first of all turn your numlock on. This is the key on
your numeric key pad situated above the number 7!

Like in your addition, ensure that the curser is in the cell in which you
require the answer to appear!

To subtract:
Hold down your left "alt key" & press =!
Then type in your cell with the greater figure e.g. A1!
Then press the "dash key" located above the plus or pc curser!
Then type in your lesser cell e.g. A2 and press enter!

To Multiply:
Hold down left "Alt key" & press =!
Type in your first cell e.g. B2!
Then press the "Star key" next to your - or minus key!
Then type in your multiplication cell e.g. B3 & press enter!

Division:
Again hold down the left "Alt key" & press =!
Type in your cell with the amount you are going to divide e.g. C8!
Then press the "slash key" next to the numlock key!
Then type in your division cell e.g. C9 & press enter!

Hope this makes sense! If not you may contact me off line, my email address
is seany2@xxxxxxxxxx & if needs be I will contact you via land line.
