Hi Joe, Well done on getting the printer installed. I am beginning to worry here that I may find myself out of a job if this progress by you all keeps up. Joe you could try going into your "start menu" then go into programs and then arrow down to the startup window. Next just right arrow in there and if there are any items in it, just press the "application key" on each of them then down arrow to delete and press the enter key in order to remove them. You see anything that is contained within the startup window will automatically load up whenever the computer is started up. Having items in here loading up will cause you performance issues and some of you who find your computer running slowly might be well advised to delete any items found in this section. Joe, it might be that there is a printer utility which is set to load up each time you start up your computer and in this startup folder is where you might find it so if you do, just delete it from there.
