Thanks Paul

I had nieces and nephews here at the weekend and I assume it is something they
have downloaded. Now I might be asking the impossible but can you direct me to
downloaded items in date order so I could suss out this offending screen saver
or whatever it may be.

Also what advantage is Flash Player. What is its purpose and do I need it.
I'm guessing the answer is probably yes for games and things which I have no
use for but I'd probably be disappointing a few little people in the house if I
removed it.

Regards

Edel..

  Hi Edel,

What is actually happeningI would say, is that you have installed a
screensaver that utilizes the flash player. This is why the error message pops
up only when you've

been idle for a certain period of time. Have you noticed that your
screensaver just isn't popping up anymore?

Anyhow, some time after your screensaver install you may have installed a new
version of flash or something, and messed up the flash player. Either fix your
flash player by uninstalling the flash player currently installed on your PC.
You can do this by going into the start menu then control panel and then to
"add-remve programs". Just scroll through here and locate the currently
installed flash player and remove it then if you really want it on again go to
the "adobi web site" and download from there. Otherwise, get rid of your
screensaver.
