Hi Joe, Try the following: 1. Windows Key and M to get focus on the desktop. 2. Press keys Control and Spacebar until you hear the name of the Icon saying not selected. 3. Press your application key (third key right of the spacebar) 4. Down arrow to New and then right arrow to open the submenu. 5. The first option here is folder and enter on this. 6. Now just type in the name of your new folder and press the enter key. All should be complete now.
