thanks for these tips but dont seem to work. below is a link to a page for
example that im trying to open. at one stage i left the computer for about 5
minutes and it started talking. i went back to it and was able to navigate
the page with jaws but when trying to open links on this page it was not
possible. Can someone advise and help me to fix this very irritating problem
or should i call eircom or is this a jaws problem. many thanks again.

Vincent,
press ctrl+F5 to refresh the page from the Website. Also, press the PC
cursor to hear if it's the virtual cursor or PC cursor that's being used.
If it's the PC cursor, then press Insert z, which turns the virtual PC
cursor on/off. Also, Insert+escape is the JAWS screen refresh command.
maximizing the window may also help.

hello folks
recently i have been getting a lot of blank web pages. i am now using ie8
a friend of mine installed ie9 without asking and i just uninstalled it
again and im still getting the blank pages or at least jaws is not reading
them out. ie 8 with jaws 12 windows 7 many thanks.
