This morning I got a message to say my avast subscription has expired. I
followed the link to amend this and because I do not remember my number I
opted for the forgot my number option, entered my email address etc.
When I did this morning, my computer froze and when I tried it again this
evening, I still received no email response even it said you will always
receive an email. If anyone can throw any light on this I'd be grateful.
