Hi Edel,
Not sure if having AVG running along side Avast would make any difference to
your spell checker. Have no worries about Avast, it is there and running
okay. You will see its icons down in the system tray

Hi Paul and all
During the run up to the supposed deadline for free avg I downloaded avast
and like another lister I do not see much evidence of its presence but to my
surprise when I switched on today after being away from the computer for a
few days along with the 150 or so emails from the list I found that my avg
is still running.
Question 1 Can the two run together
Question 2 If not, which should I remove
Question 3 Would this have anything to do with my spell-check problems as
mentioned in my earlier email.
