Hi Eleanor,
The program free youtube download is specifically designed to work to
youtube, but there are other programs in the suite that might do what you
ask, I have no experience of them.

Many thanks for this Aeden. I may contact you off list if I have anything
further to ask. Actually here's a question, is this video only for You-Tube
or can it be used for any other video from the Internet, e.g. Uplayer which
is a player for viewing programmes via computer from Ulster Television? I
know you may think I am joutside the geographical area for that but I am
not! *smile*, will be of course over christmas and New Year.
