Fascinating, John,
It is 35 years since I have "seen" a decimal point and I had forgotten that it
sits in the middle of the associated line of numbers! The full stop is, of
course, at the bottom of the line.
As you say, Quite a turn-up for the books!
I'll keep this reference handy for future reference.
I suppose the numpad version is the best way to do the decimal character then?
All the best,
Cearbhall

Hi Sween,
A little googling turned up this surprise:
https://middot.net/
That's right, a website dedicated to the middot. XD
