Hi Eleanor, I had a thought about it and think you may be able to do this fine. Here would be my instructions for doing it. 1. Go to Start, and then press enter on Run. 2. Type in the word Regedit and press the enter key. 3. Arrow down this maze of levels to the "HKEY_Current_Users and then right arrow in here. 4. Arrow down to Identities and right arrow again. 5. Arrow down to your identity serial number which is a long string of numbers and letters enclosed within curly braces. Right arrow in here. 6. Arrow down to Software and right arrow. 7. Arrow down to Microsoft and right arrow. 8. Arrow down to Outlook Express and right arrow in here. 9. Arrow down to "5.0" and right arrow in here. 10. Down arrow in here and you will come to "blocked senders", just hit the delete key on this entry and you will be asked if you are sure you want to delete it, just hit enter on "yes" and then do alt + F4 to close the registry. That should do it for you. ******************************************************************** NOTICE: The information contained in this email and any attachments is confidential and may be privileged.
