Hi Susan, Whenever you download it, just let me know here on the list and I will give you more instructions as to how to work it. NVDA's keystrokes are easily accessed by using the key "insert +letter N". This brings up the NVDA window and by arrowing down through it you will be presented with the keys that you need. It has no affect whatsoever on jaws but for the other program, I have never used it and can't in all honesty recommend that you try using it either. However like I said, feel free to download NVDA and I will give you whatever help you need with it in order to get it working for you. Its actually very simple to use. I am always so scared to download stuff that I don't know about. I am happy with my version of jaws just some one asked me to have a look at it and compare it with jaws for them.
