Hi Gary, Go into control panel. Look for personalization and go in there. Click on "Window Colour~" and choose from the list of possible items you can change colours for. Note that if you use a type of windows 7 basic or windowsclassic theme due to the fact you are using access technology such as speechor magnification then you may be limited in what you can change in here. To get the full range of items which you can alter colours for it is recommended to use the Windows 7 Aero theme which may be tricky with accessibility software.
